MzansiMarket acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent sellers.
MzansiMarket is not the seller of record. All products listed on the platform are sold by independent third-party vendors. Each vendor is solely responsible for their products, pricing, shipping, and customer service.
While vendors are responsible for their products, MzansiMarket may intervene and assist customers in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Shipping Responsibility Clause
Shipping, delivery times, and fulfillment are the responsibility of individual vendors. MzansiMarket does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by vendors or courier services.
3. Returns & Refunds Disclaimer
Returns and refunds are handled according to each vendor’s return policy. MzansiMarket may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for issuing refunds directly unless otherwise stated.
Customers are entitled to a return, repair, or refund within 6 months of delivery if a product is defective, not as described, or not of good quality, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Payment Processing Protection
All payments on MzansiMarket are processed securely through third-party payment providers. MzansiMarket does not store or have access to customers’ payment details.
5. Dispute Resolution Clause
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, MzansiMarket reserves the right to mediate and make a final decision to ensure fair use of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MzansiMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
MzansiMarket operates as an online marketplace and is not the seller of goods listed by third-party vendors. While we facilitate transactions, vendors are responsible for the products they supply, including delivery, quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
MzansiMarket may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee the performance of any vendor.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
