Once your account is approved, you can log into your seller dashboard.

From the dashboard you can:

2. Add Your First Product

To list a product:

  1. Go to Products
  2. Click Add New Product

Fill in the following information:

  • Product name
  • Product description
  • Price
  • Stock quantity
  • Product category
  • Product images

Tip: Use clear images with white backgrounds to attract more buyers.

3. Set the Correct Price

You control the price of your products.

Remember that MsanziMarket charges a small commission on each sale, which will automatically be deducted.

Example:

Product price: R500

Marketplace commission: 10%

Vendor earnings: R450

4. Manage Orders

When a customer buys your product, you will receive an order notification.

To process the order:

  1. Go to Orders in your dashboard
  2. View the order details
  3. Prepare the product for shipping

Always ensure the product matches the description shown on the website.

5. Ship the Order

Vendors are responsible for shipping their own products.

Steps:

  1. Pack the item securely
  2. Ship using a courier service
  3. Upload the tracking number in your dashboard

Common courier options include:

Orders must be shipped within 2 business days.

6. Track Your Earnings

Your dashboard shows:

  • Total sales
  • Commission deductions
  • Available payout balance

This helps you track your business performance.

7. Receive Vendor Payouts

Vendor payouts are processed regularly.

Payments are sent to the bank account you registered during signup.

Make sure your bank details are accurate.
