1. Commission Structure
MsanziMarket charges a commission on every successful sale.
Example structure:
- Marketplace commission: 8–10% per order
Commission is automatically deducted from the sale amount.
Example:
Product price: R1000
Commission (10%): R100
Vendor payout: R900
2. Payment Processing
Customer payments are securely processed by approved payment providers such as:
Funds are held temporarily before vendor payouts.
3. Vendor Earnings
Vendor earnings are calculated as:
Product price – Marketplace commission = Vendor payout
Shipping fees collected by the vendor may also be included in earnings depending on the vendor’s shipping settings.
4. Payout Schedule
Vendor payouts are processed:
- Weekly, or
- Monthly
Funds are transferred to the vendor’s registered bank account.
5. Refund Adjustments
If an order is refunded:
- The refunded amount will be deducted from the vendor’s balance.
- Commission may be adjusted depending on the refund reason.
6. Vendor Bank Details
Vendors must provide accurate bank account details for payouts.
MsanziMarket is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect banking information.
7. Fraud Prevention
MsanziMarket reserves the right to:
- Hold payouts temporarily for fraud investigation
- Suspend vendor accounts engaging in suspicious activities
